It’s like having a bun with cream of mushroom soup in just one hand! Our fall special pan has great flavor and texture inside and out. We use two kinds of mushrooms in our mushroom gratin : White & Shimeji. Once our gratin is cooked to perfection, we generously spread it over our cheesy chewy soft bun. Yum!
