What is the best way to enjoy my pans?


*Keep refrigerated* Best enjoyed on the day of purchase. If you were to enjoy at a later date, you can freeze our pans up to a week.




What is the best way to reheat my pans?


Re-Heating Instructions Pan (without filling) 2 to 3 minutes in the oven at 350℉ is perfect. Pan (with filling) Start by giving the pan for about 10 seconds in the microwave (15-20 sec for Mochieese Pan), and finish it off in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes at 350℉. For the deep-fried pan, flip it once and let it warm for another 2 minutes in the oven. Re-Heating Instructions (from frozen) Pan (with or without filling) If you can be patient, let the pan defrost slowly in the fridge. If you can’t wait, use your microwave to defrost (but every microwave is different, so you’ll have to follow the instructions on your microwave). Then follow the instructions above.

Yes we do! A $5 deliver fee is applied for all orders.

What if I missed the delivery?


Our delivery fee covers one delivery attempt only. If you need it delivered again it's going to cost another $5. And we can't guarantee that we'll be able to schedule it in either. So, best that we connect and work together to find the perfect solution!




When is your last call for orders?


Every Tuesday before 8 pm.




Sold out again? When is the best time to order?


Friday at noon, as that's the time we update our weekly inventory.




What is Pan?


Pan is the Japanese word for bread.




Is there a minimum order?


Yes. Our minimum order is 6 pcs of assorted baked goods, that includes cookies, bread & buns.




When can I pickup my order?


Your order pickup day will be based on the item name and day you selected. Pickup hours: Thu & Fri : 9.30 - 11.30 am Sat: 8 - 9 am




What if I want to cancel or reschedule my delivery?


We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of delivery. Any delivery missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a $10 charge. Thank you so much for your understand :)
