It's like having a bun with cream of mushroom soup in just one hand. It had great flavor and texture inside and out. We use 2 kinds of mushrooms in our 🍄 gratin: white & shimeji. Once our gratin is cooked to perfection, we generously spread it over our cheesy chewy soft bun. All we can say is ... yum!
